Introducing Threads, Meta’s new platform reminiscent of Elon Musk’s eventful Twitter, which made its debut in the UK and U.S. on Thursday for both iOS and Android users. Unlike other social media apps, Threads can only be accessed through Instagram, requiring users to log in using their Meta accounts. Once you’ve successfully signed up, you’re presented with the option to follow the same individuals you already follow on Instagram. However, it’s worth noting that your social media presence can vary significantly across platforms, potentially resulting in a diverse set of accounts to follow on Threads, compared to those you follow on Twitter.
